Each of our housing projects offer on-site management and maintanence, laundry facilities and a community room for social gatherings and activities. Our community rooms are also equipped with a computer/s with internet access. You are also welcome to have a small pet.

We will also help you find the services you may need to make your lives as satisfying and worry free as possible.

Heat, hot water and electricity are included in your rent. There is an extra charge for electricity if you have an air conditioner. You would be responsible for telephone and cable charges. All apartments are cable ready.

The average apartment size is approximately 535 square feet.

Kitchen: 10' x 10'

Hall: 13' x 4'

Living Room: 12' x 14' 6"

Bedroom: 10' 3" x 12' 6"

2 Closets: 2' 2" x 5' 6"

Bathroom:  9' x 7' 8"

Common Man Commons is located immediately off of I-93 at Exit 24.  $3.3M in funding was made available through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development’s 202 program.  The residence has been built to EnergyStar standards with extra insulation, special lighting and upgraded windows for maximum energy efficiency.
